8. Arbitration or Litigation support. Acting as Expert Witness and providing Expert Determination services.

10. Preparation of Joint Expert Reports: a) on the building costs of a restaurant in Aberystwth and b) on the condition and costs of repairing a  dilapidated Public House in Birmingham.
11. Assisting with the defence to an adjudication Referral concerning the delays and costs for an extension to a house in Leicester.

12. For a Design & Build Main Contractor, operating in the Health Sector -Adjudication assistance i.e. preparation of Referral Notice and managing process, for a dispute, on a £1.5 million project. Dispute settled part way through process with settlement of £150,000.00.
13. Design & Build Main Contractor operating in commercial and housing sectors – preparation of loss and expense / extension of time claims for  a £4.25 million and £11 million project.
13.1 For same company – review and defence to delay / loss & expense claim totalling £600,000 from an M&E subcontractor.
13.2 Ditto – assistance with resolving problem M&E variations.
13.3 Preparation of Adjudication Referral Documents.

15.1 For same company, providing similar input but in respect of a magistrates court for a data cabling sub-sub contract which went to adjudication. Assisted with successful adjudication against the M&E subcontractor.
16. Assisting with contractual correspondence and loss & expense claims on an apartment project in London.
17. Flooring Subcontractor – review and comment on subcontract documents prepared by main contractors and drafting suitable responses. Preparation of standard terms and conditions.
18. For fix only Window Installers - Review subcontracts prepared by Main contractors and drafting suitable responses on risks and items to clarify etc. Assisting / helping, with the resolution of problem accounts and debt collection. Preparing, disruption / lack of productivity claim documents. Attending contract negotiation and pre-let meetings with main contractors.
