1.4) PROFESSIONAL / TECHNICAL EDUCATION:

Quantity Surveying, Building and Construction Courses at South Birmingham Polytechnic and Wolverhampton Polytechnic.

Two years of a 3 year part time course studying for a Diploma in Management Studies.

Adjudication Courses run by RICS, CIArb and CIOB.

Post Graduate Certificate in Construction Adjudication at King’s College London 2008/2009 (basically half of MSc course) - Certificate
awarded February 2010.

Then 2009/2010 -2nd half MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at King's College, London - dissertation completed and
MSc awarded January 2011.

RICS Diploma in Construction Adjudication 2009/2010 – passed all levels/ exams February 2011 and Diploma issued March 2011..

Construction Contract/Dispute Resolution Consultant.


2.1.2) EXPERIENCE:

Acted as party representative in adjudication proceedings.Assisted a solicitor with an adjudication over a house extension. Assisted
various parties & companies operating in the Construction Industry with the resolution of disputes and commercial matters. Acted
as Single Joint Expert. Valuing construction works. Working as Claims Consultant and Quantity Surveyor. Valuing and costing repairs & dilapidations etc.

        Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor on project building a mini village with roads, sewage and water plants etc in the desert.

3.2)  Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, Riyadh (Government Department).Advisor in Project Management Dept. (for 4 hegira years)
         overseeing the construction of Major Bank Branches around Kingdom.

3.3)  Hardy Hobbs Management Ltd (Management Consultant). Advisor to Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency. As above (3.2).

3.4)  Salem Al Marzouk & Abi Hanna WLL, Kuwait (Consultant Engineers, Architects and Planners). Senior Quantity Surveyor on pre-
         contract work.

3.5)  Bucknall Austin & Partners, Birmingham, England. Senior Quantity Surveyor on military runway site based in Libya.

         town). Working on various building and civil engineering projects in and around the mines i.e. Coke Plants, roads, sewers and
